They are not sent by email; the customer management system receives a link to them that is valid for 30 days. If the name, phone number and e-mail are filled in on the first step of the quote request but the form is not sent, these details (and the location, if entered) are still sent to the data controller's employees so that they can contact the person. The form says this.
6.2. The website visit statistics work without cookies. The visitor's IP address is not saved. For each day, an irreversible code is calculated from the visitor, which shows only how many different visitors visited the site that day. The source from which the visitor came to the site and the device type (computer, phone or tablet) are also saved. Statistics are kept for up to 400 days.
6.3. For the duration of the session, the browser saves a technical cookie that is needed to send forms securely. If Google marketing cookies are used on the website, consent is asked before they are used. The videos on the website are on YouTube. A video is loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you click it; before that, no request is made to YouTube. Pictures of Instagram posts are copied to the website server, so viewing them makes no request to Instagram.
